Dear Barrington Oaks Homeowner,

 

 

Please mark your calender for the upcoming Barrington Oaks West Homeowners Association annual meeting scheduled for August 12, 2008 at 7:00p.m. The meeting will be held at the Harbor Community Activities Center located at 1500 16th Street in Room A. We ask all homeowners to be in attendance, as some important issues will be discussed including the annual budget, repairs & improvements to the subdivision, holiday decorations, deed-restriction violations, and more.

 

As we enter into the new fiscal year, there will be two vacancies on the board. We would like to thank Peggy Stephens for serving as Treasurer, and Angie Dort for serving as Secretary. Both of these individuals have served for 3 years. Additionally, we would like to thank Charles MacNeil for chairing the Grounds Committee for the past 3 years.

All of their hard work and efforts are truly appreciated and will be missed.

 

With this said, we need volunteers to serve as board members and chairpersons for the upcoming term. If you are interested in getting involved please contact Angie Dort at 239-7990. If there are no volunteers, the Homeowners Association will be faced to hire a management company. As we know, this could be a very costly expense to all residents.
