Here’s a short update regarding association progress. The wall repair and painting project is nearly complete. We expect to be finished in the next couple weeks. We have enough bricks left to do some final wall repair work in the next fiscal year. The electrical service and lights at both entrances has been repaired and is now working. This week we are bring the sprinkling system back up to full function. We had a lightning strike at the pole and meter on 19th street that caused the failure of the sprinkling system and the lights. We are in the process of getting a bid to replace sod that needs to be replaced on Tampa Road and 19th Street . Also we plan to remove some large stumps and a dead tree along the wall on Tampa Road.
